 At the present time we give to www.can-do.org. CCan-Do is a grass roots organization with visible results. They help give people the tools needed to create better lives. Because of this, we donate a portion of sales from our Store to them. Click on the link below to learn more about their organization.
Returns/Exchanges?
We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We will not accept any of the following: damaged items, garments that show signs of wear or wash, special orders or customized products. Please feel free to email returns@imsothankful.com with any additional questions. Instructions are provided on your invoice with each order. Your exchange merchandise is shipped to you free of charge.
Shipping?
Please keep in mind that we take up to 3 business days to process orders for shipping then we will ship via USPS First Class Mail, which takes 3-5 days delivery.
International shipping?
Yes. We use USPS Air Parcel Post, which takes about 10-14 days to Canada, longer to other International destinations. Costs for this are obviously higher, email us for carrier options and estimates atcustomerservice@imsothankful.com
Payment Method?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Care/Washing?
It is very easy actually. Throw your tee in the washing machine, but wash it in cold to preserve the vibrant colors of the designs and to keep the nice shape of the tee. We suggest hanging it to dry as well. Hot water and hot air breaks down all fabric types.
